Shipments usually take place within 24 hours from completing the order, for products with immediate availability. If the shipment is made within 2-3 working days referred prominently to the product description. As for special orders shipping could take place within 10 to 15 working days. Returns & Refunds
If for any reason you want to return products purchased, you have every right to do it.
Your only obligation is to return the goods in their original packaging (plus gifts in some ocassions) in their original condition (unworn) with the sales receipt.
In any case of return you are charged with shipping costs and process must be done through companies Geniki Taxydromiki courier or DHL express courier.
In addition, we have no responsibility for any loss or damage during transport of the product (in the process of return) .
Exchanges and Returns are accepted within 14 days of date received the product.
Kritsimis.gr sells only products in perfect condition, if exceptionally you receive a product with a defect, shipping costs are charged to kritsimis.gr, contact us via email return@kritsimis.gr or by phone at +0030-210 6710200
In a case of return, your refund (travel expenses not reimbursed, for example amount you charged + 3€ and concerns purchases under 55€, will only be refunded the product value) will be completed within 20 working days of date received back the product . To complete the process, please send us your bank account in IBAN to return@kritsimis.gr.
Returns are not accepted on specific orders, changed numbers, products with special engraving, wedding rings.
