Products that are in discount / offers / Black Friday are not returned.

Changes are accepted within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt and if they have been returned in their original packaging.

We are not responsible for any loss or damage during the product return process by the Elta Door-Door courier and the Post Office.

Any other shipping is acceptable. (sender charge)

We do not accept for change products that have been worn or falsified.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
The refund is made in the same way as the amount has been collected, within 20 working days.

The costs to be sent to our offices (162 Kifissias Ave., 11525, N. Psychiko) are borne by the customer and then the return is made with free shipping.
